If you are looking to make a return, prior approval from the Yuba Customer Service Team is needed. Please reach out to us at support@yubabikes.com to start the return process.
Your order will be refunded, if applicable, less our standard restocking fee (30% for complete bikes & 15% for Add-Ons) once it arrives at our warehouse. All refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned product.
The return window is valid up to 30 days after delivery of the product.
