Warehouse Associate
Position Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team! This person will support our online and retailer business based out of our office in Lake Forest, CA. Compensation is $16-20/hr+ DOE. We offer a benefits package including medical insurance, PTO, employee discounts and more.
The Warehouse Associate will assist in day to day operations, including warehouse upkeep, inventory restocking and organization, as well as shipping and receiving. The candidate will also pack & ship small orders while ensuring accuracy and using best practices regarding packing and other customer service oriented details.
Responsibilities
Coordinate Shipment Organization |
Ensure control and accuracy of shipments – D2C and Warranty |
Put systems in place to minimize shipping errors – D2C and Warranty |
Pick up D2C bikes as needed from public warehouse |
QC and count inbound shipments |
Maintain demo bike fleet – basic upkeep (tire pressure, battery charging) |
Upkeep of warehouse |
Pack and ship small direct to consumer orders |
Other

Job Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude – Must be able to build/breakdown warehouse racking and other similar tasks
- Ability to handle physical workload – Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs., as well as perform overhead work and crawling/squatting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Forklift experience and training is a plus.

Sales Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our Lake Forest, CA team!
Position Description
Yuba Bicycles is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant with prior experience supporting a fast paced sales department. The ideal candidate will be professional, well organized, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and able to multitask. Candidate needs to exercise good judgment, demonstrate a great work ethic, and adjust to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Be passionate about Yuba products
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn about the cargo bike lifestyle
- Deliver the best possible service and attention to consumers and retail partners
- Assist Sales Team in executing all aspects of the sales process, including (but not limited to) order entry and processing, correspondence with customers and/or wholesale partners via phone and email, etc.
- Clarify sales orders and confirm it matches what the customer asked for
- Develop positive relationships with consumers and teammates
- Prepare, name and archive all documents in the proper customer files via Google Workspace or our ERP
Other
Work with the team to improve:
- social and environmental practices
- products and offering
- Customer service
- Has experience using ERP and stock management systems (netSuite, Quickbooks, Sage, Odoo, etc)
- Working knowledge of team management software (Asana)
- Has very strong Google Workspace skills (formerly called Google for Work)
- Has a keen understanding of both current and future business goals and is able to make a decision that is right for the customer and for the business
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree (preferred)
- At least 2+ years of working experience in sales or an admin support role
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Bicycle or Outdoor Working Experience (preferred)

$20-25 per hour (based on experience)
