"Going back to school, I knew I wanted to work as an engineer in the bike industry, and everything seemed to align perfectly for me to take the Intern position with Yuba! I gained a deeper understanding of manufacturing techniques and 3D modeling in Solidworks. Jim taught me pretty quickly how to make a stronger cup of coffee. Days varied from product testing, prototyping in the "machine shop," creating CAD models of new accessories, or gathering user feedback. My co-workers were the best! Jim and Marc are an unstoppable customer care duo who made the workplace fun and lighthearted. Tim was a fantastic engineering mentor, Soylent aficionado, and DJ. Ben always pushed me to do my best and never stop iterating on designs."
